I bow to Darma Wangchuk and his lineage!Well preceded by those words of praise, here is what we have to say: The three levels of existence are filled with the white banner of fame of the precious teachings of the glorious Barom Kagyu. This stainless lineage is home to wondrous deeds, great kindness, and vast activity.
Terchen Barway Dorje, Karma Mipham Chökyi Senge, was so rich with blessings that even a few of his words can ripen and free beings. His blessed writings, including his terma, are many.
In gratitude for currently receiving via Zoom the profound reading transmission for all of Terchen Barway Dorje’s writings from Druppön Lama Tashi Topgyal, the resident teacher at Kunzang Palchen Ling, the seat in diaspora founded by Terchen Barway Dorje’s third incarnation, Karma Drupgyu Tenpay Nyima, we, Tulku Tsoknyi Özer, Tulku Kunga Shönnu, and Retreat Lama Gyaltsen, offer as a maṇḍala representing our appreciation a Good Day Formal Scarf and 23,000 yuan. May this cause all the victor’s teachings and particularly the precious teachings of the Barom Kagyu to spread widely and remain long!

The complete reading transmissions of Barway Dorje’s Kabum given by Lama Tashi Topgyal at the request of Tulku Tsoknyi Ozer Rinpoche of Kyodrak monastery, Tsangsar Tulku Kunga Shonu Rinpoche and Tsangsar retreat Lama Gyaltsen, which began on October 27, 2021 — the nine volumes of Terma; three volumes of Kamas; pure visionary teachings; the Treasury of Eloquence: Songs of Barway Dorje; and outer, inner, and secret autobiographies of Barway Dorje — was completed on Monday, January 10, 2022.
First and foremost, we thank our guru Ven. Bardor Tulku Rinpoche for making these Treasures available to our world and for creating Kunzang Palchen Ling. We thank Lama Tashi Topgyal, Tulku Tsoknyi Ozer Rinpoche, Tsangsar Tulku Kunga Shonu Rinpoche, Tsangsar retreat Lama Gyaltsen, and other Lamas and all those who helped in facilitating these transmissions on Zoom for two hours each weekday since Oct. 27, 2021.

Guru Rinpoche and Treasure – What are Termas?
In Tibetan Buddhism a number of lineages can be traced back to Guru Rinpoche, the historical Buddhist master who established Buddhism in Tibet. Guru Rinpoche, who himself attained complete buddhahood, concealed many teachings for future generations. In fact, most of these teachings were concealed by Guru Rinpoche’s principal disciple and consort, the Yeshe Tsogyal. The teachings she concealed, called treasures or termas, have been and will be discovered over the centuries by destined meditation masters known as treasure revealers or tertons. Once discovered, treasure teachings are practiced and preserved as they are passed down from teacher to student—often through a line of incarnations of the treasure revealer.
Termas are considered especially relevant and powerful in the conferring of blessing in this present age. It is thought that terma teachings are custom-made for the time they are to be discovered and disseminated.
