Please note that the 8 consecutive Nyungnes actually start one day earlier than was previously shown.
You can also come for a single Nyungne or Nyina*
which will start on: 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd (June 23 is Saga Dawa)
Coupons will not be accepted for this retreat, as the cost of food, is the KPL cost.

This is for in-person participation only.
This is a purification retreat of Chenrezig with austerities, which will be done during Saga Dawa, a commemoration of the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and passing away into parinirvana.

*Nyungne Schedule
First Day: Only lunch is taken, but liquids are allowed all day.
Second Day: A complete fast without food or drink.
Third day of a Nyungne or the Last Day: Nyungne ends in the morning with a breaking of the fast provided. 5-8 am

Partial fast as described on the first day.
