Natural Ease

Her Eminence Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche is cherished for teachings that help practitioners cultivate an in-depth understanding of the Buddhist path and its practical application in everyday life. Rinpoche will share insights from Longchen Rabjam’s classic Dzogchen text on how to rest the mind in natural ease. One of the foremost figures in the transmission of the Dzogchen lineage, Longchen Rabjam (1308-1364) was a great scholar and meditation master of the Nyingma lineage who also forged an enduring connection with the Third Karmapa Rangjung Dorje.
