Letter to Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche

Listen, Sarasvati, splendid joy!
Listen, Sarasvati, splendid bliss!
Samantabhadra’s only consort, dharmakaya, beings’ protectress,
Wisdom goddess of space-awareness: May you be victorious!

The unborn dharmadhatu’s expansive display,
The ceaseless dance of the sambhigakaya and nirmanakaya helping beings,
Individual loving powerful emanations,
Our only mother, so very kind: May you be victorious!

Your past emanations are like the moon reflected in water.
Your present emanations are like rainbows in the sky.
The light-rays of your dharmakaya shine in the sky of beings.
You benefit beings without a thought: May you be victorious!

You shoot the arrow of awareness-wisdom onto the path.
Your non-conceptual emanations appear for the beings’ benefit.
In your compassion no one is good or bad.
Goddess of self-liberation of whatever arises: May you be victorious!

Your diverse display, this dance of a water-moon,
Appears in the sky of diverse disciples.
If I’ve been wrong in my diverse deeds,
I confess it to you, goddess of diverse emanations.

Appearances, these diverse miracles of mind,
Appear, yet only within the deluded mind itself.
Non-dual appearance-mind is liberated in wisdom.
I request your forbearance, goddess of liberated appearances and awareness-emptiness.

So that I may light the beacon of the true path
And commence true activity,
Goddess of true wisdom, accept me!
I pray that you grant me true perfection!

May all beings throughout all space
Be accepted by Samantabhadra, the root guru,
In unborn wisdom, the true dharmakaya,
I pray that we meet repeatedly.

My preceptor’s name is difficult to utter. If I declare his name for the sake of clarity, it is Palden Rangjung Rigpe Yeshe Lungtok Chökyi Nyima Trinlay Dönkun Drupay De. He recognized Minling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche as the rebirth of the Khandro Chenmo. She has also been born in the family of His Holiness Dorje Chang Minling Trichen Rinpoche, the life-tree of all Nyingma vidyadharas. This was respectfully offered to her on October 12, 2008, by Karma Drupgyu Tenpay Nyima, known as the Third Bardor Tulku.
